Powers: Inexplicably can create pouches on any part of his body and store items up to the mass of a chair per pocket while completely concealing and hiding them as long as the pocket is sealed.
Talents: Is something of an accomplished inventor. Tinkers with various things and is able to modify and improve contraptions of all kinds for whatever uses.
